In order to raise money for various cancer charities, we all decided to take up running and for the last 8 weeks have been following the 'Couch to 5km' running programme. It's not really been the best time of year to start this new activity but we've stuck with it and today completed our first target. 'Team Haynes' took part in the Marlow 5km Santa Fun Run! We were amongst 2,000 other Santas running/walking around the streets of Marlow and we were all chuffed to finish the course in less than 46 minutes. In doing so, we will have raised around £700 for the South Bucks Hospice and the Royal Marsden Cancer Charity where Ger received much of his treatment. Richard, Beth, Gaby & William
